Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable we will contact you and refund in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include everything you pay. We are not VAT registered. Where an obvious pricing error occurs we may cancel the order and refund you before dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect goods on arrival and report damage within 48 hours.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See our returns policy for the process.

Product information

Specifications, images and dimensions are supplied by the manufacturer and belong to their respective brands. We verify listings before publishing but cannot guarantee third-party data is free of error.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order, except where the law provides otherwise.
