Delivery cost

Standard delivery is free on every order to UK mainland addresses. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge added at checkout.

Dispatch and arrival

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery then arrives within a further 2–5 working days, giving a total window of 3–7 working days. You will receive a courier tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Remote postcodes

Selected postcodes in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take slightly longer. We always confirm the timeline before dispatch.

Large items

Sheds, bin stores and bike stores travel on a pallet or two-person courier service. The courier will contact you to arrange a delivery window. Please make sure there is clear access to the delivery point.

Missing or damaged deliveries

Report any damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@havenwold.shop with your order reference and photographs. We will arrange replacement parts or a collection at no cost to you.
