Yes. Every order includes free standard delivery to all UK mainland addresses, with no minimum spend. Selected postcodes in the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may take slightly longer — we always confirm the timeline before dispatch.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery arrives within a further 2–5 working days, giving a total window of 3–7 working days. You will receive a courier tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

We currently accept cash on delivery only. You pay our driver in cash when your order arrives — no card details are taken online and nothing is charged up front.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition and packaging for a full cash refund, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
