Havenwold is based in Morecambe, Lancashire. We are not a manufacturer — we select garden storage and outdoor living products from trusted suppliers and recognised brands, then deliver them across the United Kingdom.
What we do
We carefully select outdoor living, storage and garden products from established UK-facing suppliers, purchase them for resale, inspect the product information before listing and offer them to customers across the United Kingdom. All product specifications belong to their respective brands.
How we choose products
Every product is chosen for the climate of these islands: galvanised steel, pressure-treated timber and UV-stabilised resin that stand up to rain, wind and winter frost. Listings are reviewed for accurate dimensions, materials, pricing and safety details before they go live.
Pricing and VAT
Havenwold is currently not VAT registered — the prices shown on this website are the final prices you pay. There are no hidden fees at checkout and UK mainland delivery is included on every order.
Aftercare
If a product is not right, our 14-day returns policy and UK-based support make it straightforward to put things right. Email contact@havenwold.shop and a real person will reply within one working day — with help on tracking, returns, missing parts or general aftercare.
