Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

• Email contact@havenwold.shop with your order reference.
• Tell us which items you are returning and whether the packaging is intact.
• We reply with return instructions within one working day.

Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Return postage

Where you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the cost of return carriage is yours. If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, we cover collection in full.

Faulty items

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faults reported within 30 days entitle you to a full refund, and we will help with manufacturer warranties beyond that period.
